Running title reads: Popish preiudices against the reformed rel. examined and confuted.
This state includes the two-leaf dedication to the Company of Skinners, signed: W.P. Copies differ in the preliminaries: (1) Collates *⁴, with 1 (title page) and 4 ("To the reader") in the same setting as some copies of STC 4531. i.e. title page has a rectangular block of eight type ornaments; line 4 of "To the reader" ends "booke"; 2,3 being the dedication. (2) Collates ⁴, ² , with *⁴ identical to (1) and 2 being the contents, which are corrected and reimposed in some copies of STC 4531.
