A book containing a collection of discoveries about the Commodore PET series of computers, why/how they work and how to use the information provided to write better programs and perform more interesting functions on the computers.
Included are chapters on the Hardware, CPU (6502 microprocessor), Operating System, User Ports (6522 chip), IEEE port and 6520 chip, including the keyboard, video display and cassette unit.
An Appendix includes circuit diagrams, the 6502 instruction set, hex-decimal conversion tables and a table of PET codes.
