"This book is set in Baskerville and Old Face Open types and printed on archival-quality Heritage 160 gsm paper, deliberately cut against the grain. Design, layout and printing were done by Graham Moss and Kathy Whalen at Incline Press ... Printing completed in March 2000. The edition is of 250 copies. Of these, 225 bound in marbled paper are contained in a slipcase, while the 25 specials, each with a unique ebru frontispiece and a matched binding, are boxed.
