Whereas His Majesty ... was graciously pleased to declare and enjoin, that the trade with the several nations of tribes of Indians ... should be free and open to all His Majesty's subjects whatever ... Given under my hand, and the great seal of the said province, at Philadelphia, the fourth day of June ... one thousand seven hundred and sixty-five.
