A pseudonymous allegory written by Vaughan, with references to Vaughan's colony in Newfoundland, and an early map of the island drawn by Captain John Mason.
Partly in verse.
Printers from STC.
Signatures: a-c⁴ A² B-T⁴ V⁴(-V4+V4) 2A-2N⁴ 2O²(-2O2+2O2) 3A-3M⁴; leaves V4 and 2O2 blank.
The map has legend: Insula olim vocata Noua Terra. The iland called of olde: Newfound Land. described by Captaine Iohn Mason an industrious gent: who spent seuen yeares in the countrey.
