An advertisement having appeared in Hugh Gaine's news-paper, entitled, the New-York gazette, and the weekly Mercury, of the 24th of August, whereby several lots of ground in Wall-Street, in the city of New-York, are noticed for sale at public vendue, on the 15th instant ... as I lay claim to an undivided part of these lots ... this is therefore to give notice of such my claim ..
