This book contains some very practical suggestions for management on how to deal with creative people. The author restricts his remarks to the field of advertising but many of his suggestions apply equally well to other fields. Current research on creativity and its evaluation indicate that to survive, creativity must be carefully nurtured. Mr. Belknap's recommendations are both sound and wise.
