Two states of text known, possibly two issues or states of printing: state 1, p. 9 has additional text of 10 lines "This would be sufficient if we had nothing more to rely on ... and therefor cannot be charged even with being redundant" after passage line 9-10 "rivers and waters were not granted?-"; in state 1, p. 10 the words "But let us see what they have to say further ... and brought it to so good an issue-" begins on line 24 and is an unbroken paragraph with "This seems to be an unlucky quotation for them :"; state 2, p. 10 these same words are printed on line 18-25 and the words "This seems to be an unlucky quotation for them :" begin a new paragraph. Typographically state 1 may be an earlier printing and contains other variations and additions in the text.
