MASS copy 1-2: Large paper issue, with gold used in the hand-coloured plates. Some plates with imprint: G. Madeley. Copy 1 with the bookplate of Ruari McLean; presentation copy from C.J. Bloomfield, Bishop of London, to Sir C.M. Clarke.
MASS copy 3: Small paper issue (28 cm.); with yellow used in place of gold in hand-coloured plates. With the bookplate of Ruari McLean; bound in green morocco blocked in gold and black.
