The man-eater of Dogadda

  • 8 Want to read

The man-eater of Dogadda killed 15 humans and wounded 13. He spread terror over five hundred square miles of Garhwal. For his cleverness and cunning he had become the topic of conversations all over the land. His story, which is full of astonishing twists and turns, is a milestone in the history of big game and man-eating beasts. He was the first ever man-eating leopard trapped alive in history.

Besides telling the true story of the man-eating leopard of Dogadda in this book author Dr. Akhtar Ali conveyed the message about the conservation of the wildlife and forests. Dr. Akhtar Ali has been conducting a conservation campaign called Sankalp (resolve) since 1978.
