First published in 1975So, we add another incarnation to the cycle but we are not done yet, of course. Now he must be born as a shepherd. Each life as a shepherd is never wasted because he becomes the greatest observer of nature acts. By the time he is five years old he has seen a thousand sunsets and dawns. He has seen a thousand trees and a thousand streams or parts of the stream. He has seen so many beautiful things and he has seen so many imbalanced things that he can take the imbalanced things and make them beautiful. He can take small beauty and make it large beauty; many small beauties and make a pattern of them. He can do things with nature forms in his mind. He can learn and does learn everything an artist has to know. He can check and balance the synthetic things he learned as a bookkeeper. He can balance things that he learned as a dock handler, or boat loader and boss of the dock. He can learn many, many things now. He rounds them all out, very well. You can remember some of the things that you learned when you went into an incarnation as a certain specialist; ministers, mothers and fathers, aunts, patrons, various things, various people that you became friendly with and died with. So, now is the time for him to be born a woman and this time he is destined to become a woman and is with quite a brood of children, a houseful, so to speak. She goes into early adult life in the early teens probably, left with these children, a brood and then perhaps she even gets married when grown up or self-sustaining and is able to get married and in turn have a few of her own to be a widow rather early. We have a life here of rather hard work and very little money in this third cycle of incarnations and she has a lot of work to do. First working in her own family, that is, her mother's and father's children and working secondly with her own children to raise them. In other words, to sacrifice practically every year of her life as a woman to bring about food, to bring about clothing and some kind of shelter. She wants to do this, of course, as good as she can but all the time she is learning patience and sacrifice, rarely for herself but she is bringing into this lifetime a feeling of all of this as second nature so that she will be familiar with an artist's life who oftentimes paints and sculpts for the sheer beauty of it or the sheer love of it. She takes what little money she has and uses it for more materials to put into his art. So the entity has a good chance in this lifetime to learn much of that. A life of sacrifice, never doing anything but bringing about something for somebody else. This is a very important part of an artist's life and he might as well go into it.So, here we go, working on an Egyptian dock, he has to carry heavy bags of rice or heavy bags of meal or grain and place them in the boat. He probably loads thousands of boats - of course most of the boats then being quite small. He works in a busy port and it is usually seven days a week unless it is very inclement weather. Then he works double time after that to catch up. You can see he is learn¬ing quite readily and it becomes second nature to him to handle heavy loads on his back, things that he will later learn as a prerequisite to being a good sculptor and artist. There we have a life that was laid out by the Karma board and was spoiled by a natural catastrophe, the plague. It may have been better off if she had died with those who died of this dread disease. But, with her father, she escaped all that and went on to more years of wasted life. So, you can see, the best laid plans of mice and men often go astray. Many times the things that are handed us, is most of the time we think they are our plans or at least he idea was given to us, we tried to work them all out. 3ut as you have just seen we often did not. If that kind of planning goes on with practically every individual and includes some form of unfinished business, (and of those many, many lifetimes there are quite a few where everything or just about everything went wrong) then who is doing our planning? So, he has to use his head but at the same time he is learning textures and materials as well. He doesn't want to put his meal or grain in bags near the oil either. It doesn't make so much difference on the cotton but again there is the chance of a cask or two leaking and spoiling the grain and making it rancid. So he has to load ship after ship with many, many items and he is learning the properties of most common things that we wear and use every day. Things we eat. Things that are sometimes shelter to us to build our homes. And on and on, he knows them all perfectly now, by their weight, how much space they would take up by weight and the material they are made of. Whether it is compatible with another material as far as storing or being safe is concerned. So he has passed through a second life learning second nature, what the materials of the world are. There is hardly a material that doesn't go by ship. He sees in the second life of the cycle of incarnations a great deal more than he saw before. Weights and balances, keeping this away from that, this can go together with that. In other words, not only does he now know the material, he knows its properties.Hero was born about 20 A.D. and while the encyclopedia says that his date of death is unknown you integrated people can ask the question and find out how long he lived. At that time the great days of Greek science were over. Nevertheless, the curtain did not go down abruptly. There were fitful flashes of genius for some centuries. One of those flashes was that of Hero, who displayed an almost modern aptitude for mechanics. Just ask the question and see why this was.WALDARA ANSWERS BOOK NO. 3You have run hundreds of thousands of cycles of lifetimes. They go all the way from 3 or 4 to maybe a dozen or more attempts to accomplish something big, or something worthwhile, shall we say, for these men on earth. This Book 3 is so helpful as it brings out, crystal clear, how almost everything gets off the track of the original plan through lack of integration. Yet, with integration, the answers come through, in truth, as shown by Waldara's exhaust definition of the Alpha wave bit and his clear ex¬pose of the work of the Karma Board in planning and directing our many, many past lifetimes. The fact that the Karma Board is no longer in control is another story which you will hear in later books. There is never enough shown in yoga so that you probably lost interest before the time was up. And so, you have more unfinished business. Religions come in many varieties and sizes, being almost worthless to begin with. It takes a lifetime of study, belief, faith etc. only to learn a little about one religion. All the suppositions about this religion only to be born in another religion and soon learn to become tired of that or become only a person of second rate and give up. So, that's the way it is when one follows things up from one lifetime to another. You forget a great deal between lifetimes. You are often times made to pick up that information after two or three lifetimes and this makes it next to impossible to follow through.

First published in 2013It’s well known that children learn best when they are having fun and are confident in their environment and with their peers. At Active Learning Childcare, we promote the development of the all round child and introduce them to a broad, exciting programme of learning through some of the best recognized forms of teaching and through our truly innovative studio programme which focuses on art, music and performing arts, language,Literacy, science, IT and sports.Students are tested periodically to check if these standards are being met. If not, the teachers and school must adjust the curriculum in order to cram more education into one year. This is a huge obstacle teacher’s face, especially because children learn at different paces.(2) In prescribing the minimum standards mentioned in subsection (1) of this section, the Minister shall have regard to the matters mentioned in sections 2 and 3 of this Act.The students who are above the level of the grade tend to become bored. The others are struggling to try to learn the basics.Okoroma, N. S. This is a very difficult obstacle for many schools. In public schools, the state mandates the standards that students should learn each year.

First published in 1975There is a first time to learn everything. The learn¬ing process is best aided by tying it to a more familiar phase of experience. If the third-plane consciousness can find a point of agreement in the broad scope of possibility of an earlier existence, it will accept the opportunity to grasp it. This observation is proposed by the fact that the desire element has brought the individ¬ual this far toward the discovery of his whole and true self. Desire is similar to an iceberg. It is submerged, for the most part, in the waters of consciousness; only a small part is visible and felt in the third-plane con¬sciousness. Desire always arises in spirit (your per¬manent self) and has a deep impenetrable structure. However, spirit does not pursue the third-plane con¬sciousness, but rather holds its sign constantly before the consciousness until they finally heed the signs and follow spirit's direction. This seems to be an era when most spirits of those incarnated have strongly worded signs before the third-plane consciousness reading, "change" and "find the truth."All questions arise within the spirit are conceptual in nature. Concepts come from the broadest sense of spiritual consciousness. Some concept words in your dictionary are, for instance, planet, mankind, city, nature, speed, space and question. It is not necessarily meaning or category of the word, but the broad terms that hit the consciousness that define these words as being conceptual. So we can say that questions arise from the broadest areas of spiritual consciousness. The structure of questions, being of spirit, are of negative polarity. All answers are of positive polarity. With this method, one learns of his past lives - all of his experiences since he was born of the Creator. He learns astral (mental) awareness, etheric (energy) aware¬ness, and celestial (concept) awareness while adding to his physical (detail) awareness. Ultimately, he becomes Master on twelve planes of awareness. All of this is done without trance or suggestion while the individual is wide ¬awake.I am here to show you that it can be done through the Awareness Techniques, and your willingness to learn and progress. As an Angel, you become very aware of your accomplishments on all levels. The Soul (Akashic) records are now presented for you to study and gain experience. You learn to become a planetary consciousness in addition to individual consciousness. The creator and these released spirits are of this nature: light, moving, negative polarity, and untransmutable. His creation completes the balance by being: dark, still, positive polarity, and transmutable. You have been told that you are using only ten percent of your potential. There is nothing to keep you from learning about the other ninety per cent of yourself, but yourself. Renew your hope and enthusiasm and "Go, know the Creation and return it unto the Creator."As this technique of "Multi-Level Awareness" is mastered, write to the publisher for Book 2 and Book 3 of this series. They will be sent promptly. There are no wasted words in the above. Failure to succeed is failure to follow the instructions. It is fun to run and to be run. Change off. The more you run, the better coach you become. Do a lot of both. After three to five hours of "coaching" or assisting a person, he should be quite ready to run himself. It takes a person a little time to learn to ask himself ques¬tions. As soon as he can ask himself questions, he is ready to go alone. If he reports back to you that he is "stuck," run him a little more, but make him ask the questions.

First published in 1975After the command has been given to you, whether Lord or Technician, the first step is the same. The newly released spirits go through the planes in the central universe. These planes, one through twelve, were established especially for newly released spirits. Each spirit, Lord or Technician, goes to the first plane. There, he learns how the first plane operates and what is expected of a spirit on the first plane, that is, making mineral atoms. The Technicians assigned to this plane assist the newly released spirit to learn how to make these mineral atoms and modify his learning to the particular name he was given by the Creator. Each of our names predetermines our abilities in certain aspects of experience. And so, as the newly released spirit progresses through the twelve planes at the central universe, he is being made ready to experience either as a Technician or as a Lord spirit.A creation is a demonstration period whereby the creator is able to demonstrate (by creating the creation and finishing it) that which he learned in the learning period of his existence. Besides the demonstration aspect of creation, we are shown the two poles within a creation. If these two poles were not established and continually experienced within a creation, the creation could not exist. And so we find spirit as one pole. Spirit is light, negativeHe must be certain of all the conditions on that planet and how well his project will adapt and be able to progress in that particular situation. The next step, the son stage, shows our Technician in full command. He is now able, through his experiences, to innovate new forms and functions and have them being manifested in the crystal by other newly released spirits. He becomes quite talented and masters all the aspects of the crystal to which he has been assigned. When this is accomplished, he can go on to other crystals in the central universe or he may decide to go into the creation and learn the Lord aspect of the creation. Now we have the fourth plane atom as seen in Figure 3, Item D. It is a little bigger and a little wider, and in my opinion, more pleasing to the eye. So you will notice in this enlarged drawing of the atom that the aforementioned G-force line is the center of the atom. This fourth plane atom is of interest only to the consciousness on the fourth plane designate. Now, if that atom varies, and it cannot vary much from that exact center line (the G-force line that holds the atom in place) that it gives off light. Now you know the source of light. The atom gives off light when it is tilted ever so slightly, and we will get more into that in a moment. Incidentally, atoms are of equal distance, as far apart, up and down on the G-force line as it is from one G-force line to another. When I was a little fellow I went down and spent a day with him once in a while in the summer. He was very much like my father and very strict in many ways. Yet, he was full of information about nature. There was a lot of conservation in his blood, too. That is as far as we will go in tracing back my ancestors now. I want you to know that it is a.,very easy job. The details we found out are very easy to get with the Awareness Techniques. Very reliable, and in every case a lot of fun.The next stage is the angel stage. Here again you can notice the increase in size as well as abilities. The angel spirit now has the range of the solar system in which he mastered the planes of a planet. He is able to travel throughout that solar system and learn all there is to know in that particular solar system. At this point, he may get reacquainted with some of the spirits he knew in previous experiences and they may decide to experience together again. There is quite a lot of time spent in experiencing a solar system. Each planet is created with a different purpose and varied knowledge can be gained from each and every one involved. So it goes, on and on. As you have read and then integrated to see for yourselves, each time a universe is made, the process is the same. A bunch of spirits are released, from the creator, to go into a planet. They are the basic building blocks of that planet as well as the whole universe. Once they have learned the various ways of making the atoms, they go on to the next stage of development which is supervising these atoms. They will determine by characteristics they carry with them, which kind of mineral, plant or animal will be manifested.Let us turn now to Figure 5 and see the whole picture of an elemental sitting on the G-force line making a fourth plane atom. Here he rides the line as the familiar positive and negative aspect of his elemental spirit on that G-force line, but we notice something else. He has garnered his learnings in the central universe. His very first experience, as a result, is to project a very familiar humanoid head form. This comes right out of the elemental himself, showing that it does have consciousness. This head, as it varies from elemental to elemental, does not have real eyes, or a nose, or a mouth, or ears. They are only projections of them. The elemental spirit does not see, or hear, or taste, or smell. Those are only things shown asFigure 3
