CONCISE CURRICULUM

Luis Alberto Marchili, born in the City of Buenos Aires, is an Argentine lawyer graduated at the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences of the University of Buenos Aires. He was legal adviser at the Undersecretary of Legislative Affairs of the National Ministry of Justice, consultant in a legal informatics project of the juridical review La Ley of Buenos Aires and also on informatics law in the International Bureau of Informatics (IBI).
He published La Ciencia Jurídica Como Disciplina Taxonómico-Descriptiva, Revista Episteme, Asociación Argentina de Epistemología, Buenos Aires, 1970, Vol. II, No. 2; La Informática Jurídica y el Derecho Informático, Revista Jurisprudencia Argentina, Buenos Aires, 1982 III; and El Contrato de Mantenimiento [Informático], Revista Agora, IBI, 1983, No.6. He is author of Cómo Legislar con Sabiduría y Elocuencia.
