Daniel Clarkson Fisher, MLIS (he/him/his) is a third-generation librarian living and working on the traditional territories of the Huron Wendat, Haudenosaunee, and Anishinaabeg peoples, which are covered by Treaty 13 and the Williams Treaties. He holds an MLIS from Western University and was the recipient of the 2022 Miriam Braverman Memorial Prize from the Progressive Librarians Guild. In addition, his writing has appeared in the Journal of Radical Librarianship, the American Library Association's SRRT (Social Responsibilities Round Table) Newsletter, and Progressive Librarian (forthcoming).
