"One of the first documented reports of ovine pulmonary adenocarcinoma (OPA) is a letter written by a farmer in 1825 who complained to the magistrate in the Cape of Good Hope in South Africa that he was losing many of his sheep to a disease he called Jaagziekte, a Dutch word that was translated into Afrikaans as as Jaagsiekte."
