Book Details

First Sentence

"The basic papermaking process involves dipping a screen stretched across a frame (the mould and deckle) into a vat of pulp, lifting the screen out of the vat, and shaking it back and forth - and side to side - so that the fibers interlock and bond on top of the screen surface as the water drains through the screen."
