Edition Notes

This ed. differs only in that its t-p. contains no mention of the price, and that there is a half-title : "An impartial enquiry, &c," with an advertisement on its verso of Martyn's "Reasons for establishing the colony of Georgia ... 2d ed." The fact that the "Reasons ..." and the "Impartial enquiry ..." were issued by the same publisher, eight years apart, and are brought together in this way on the half-title of the latter, lends weight to the ascription of the "Impartial enquiry ..." to the author of the "Reasons ..."
