Ms. (fragment) written probably in Italy, in late 14th-cent. semi-gothic script; on vellum. Rubricated in red and blue; captions in red. Large historiated initial Q with col. port. of Rolandinus. Numerous marginal notes, mostly of 15th cent. The 2 conjugate leaves are probably the 1st and 4th of a ms. book of 16-20 leaves.
Author's name in 1st column, lines 37-38: Rolādin[us] bonoñ. Text begins: QUAMVIS in cui[us] libet humani opis ... Included is the introd. and most of the chapter Quibus personis prohibetur facere testamentum; followed by parts of the chapter De heredum qualitate et differentia.
Conventional title supplied. Also known as Flos ultimarum voluntatum. First printed in Brescia in 1477.
