With a preface in defense of Elias Hicks, noting that his "private confidential letters ... have been surreptitiously obtained, and printed without his consent", publications which first appeared in 1824.

Almost certainly the predecessor to the "second edition, corrected and enlarged" of this title, 80 p., printed in Philadelphia in 1825 and issued in wrappers naming the bookseller as Jehu Ward, 42 Market St., Philadelphia (Shoemaker 21800).
