It is this day Ordained and Declared by the Lords and Commons in Parlia- ment assembled, That no person be permitted to preach who is not Ordained a Minister either in this or some other Reformed Church, except such (as intend- ing the Ministry) shall be alowed for the trial of their Gifts by those who shall be appointed thereunto by both Houses of Parliament.
