"The last words of the reverend, pious and learned Dr. Hammond" (caption title) begins new pagination on M1r. This may also have been published in a separate edition as: The last words of the pious, reverend and learned Dr. Hammond (Wing H544A).

Some profitable directions both for priest & people" has separate pagination, register, and title page, with imprint "Printed by J[ames]. F[lesher]. for R. Royston ... MDCVII". "The poor mans tithing" has separate undated title page on C2r. In this state of quire A in "Some profitable directions", A1r bears title page and A2r bears "to the reader". In another state (issued separately; Wing H605), A1 is blank and A2r bears title page.
