20世纪90年代中期以来, 互联网作为一种新兴媒介开始崛起, 它改变了人们的生活方式和思维方式, 对于中国电影产业及电影批评亦影响重大. 网络时代以来, 中国电影批评场域众声喧哗, 从电影批评的发表阵地、传播方式到批评主体的创作观念、主体意识及批评话语的言说方式、文本形态等都发生了巨大变化. 本书共分为六个部分: 第一部分, 导论, 第二部分 (第一章) , 对网络时代的文化背景及思潮进行总体概括, 第三部分 (第二章) , 剖析了互联网诞生以来, 电影审美方式的变迁, 以及由此产生的电影批评方式的改变. 第四部分 (第三章) , 主要针对电影批评在网络时代的症候, 层层深入进行问题剖析. 第五部分 (第四章) , 对于中国电影批评的前景及发展趋向进行分析. 最后一部分是结语, 对网络时代电影批评的总体态势进行了总结与展望.
