Trial held Dec. 9th-16th, 1950, in the Court of Appeal in Warsaw. Turner and his associates, Bobrowska, Nelmes, and Upperton were charged with organizing the illegal departure from Poland of Bobrowska, who was also charged with attempting illegally to cross the frontier.
