This volume brings together multiple, interdisciplinary viewpoints to explore and examine the current state of transitional justice. Contributors are drawn from both academic and practitioner backgrounds, working in fields such as human rights, humanitarian law, public policy, sociology, cultural and peace studies, and earth jurisprudence.
