Shahon (hand-written copy), the copiers and the date of this copy not known, possibly one of the original copies.
Written on official stationery of Naimushō ("sokōyō, Naimushō" printed on each fore-edge [hashira]); Naimushō founded in 1873.
[Numata] Raisuke stated that the original title probably be "Keisatsu shiryō" Cf. Vol. 1, head-note over preface.
On double leaves, oriental style (fukurotoji).
Includes markings and additions in red; some head-notes in black.
LC copy wormed, with loss of text.
Not listed in Kokuritsu Kokkai Toshokan zōsho mokuroku, Meijiki and Kokusho sōmokuroku.
In Kanbun, with reading marks.
LC set has "Numata bunko" "Rai" "Raisuke no in" "Heidō[?]" and "Tetsu[?]sai" stamped.
LC set has "Tōkyō Kōbunsō nō" stamped on case.
