Edward Hambleton, Norris Houghton presents Nancy Walker in "Phoenix '55," a new musical revue with Harvey Lembeck, Joshua Shelley, Louise Hoff, Kenneth Harvey, Bill Heyer, Marge Redmond, Elton Warren, Jo Wilder, music by David Baker, lyrics by David Craig, sketches by Ira Wallach, production staged by Marc Daniels, choreography by Boris Runanin, musical direction by Buster Davis, scenery designed by Eldon Elder, costumes designed by Alvin Colt, ballet music by John Morris, orchestrations by Ralph Burns and Clare Grundmann, lighting by Klaus Holm (the idea for this revue was conceived by Nicholas Benton and Stark Hesseltine).
