"El señor licenciado Vicente Lombardo toledano, que fué invitado por el Comité Polaco-Francés de Intelectuales, para asistir al Congreso Mundial de Intelectuales en Favor de la Paz, que se realizará en Wroclaw, Polonia, del 25 al 30 del mes de agosto, ha enviado a la mencionada asamblea el Mensaje adjunto, ante la imposiblidad en que el propio señor licenciado Lombardo Toledano se encuentra de asistir al referido Congreso"--P. 3.
