Printed by Peter Rutledge Koch, assisted by Richard Seibert. Housed in a cardboard box with illustrated cover printed in brown and black.
LC copy is one of 500 copies from the 1st printing. Accompanied by a "variant keepsake and prototype before cardboard box," a loose set of the 11 printed leaves of chipboard. In a manilla envelope, 18 x 12 cm., printed (upside down) with the text of one of the performance pieces: Diogenes sat in the public square one afternoon glueing shut the pages of a book.
Essay includes bibliographical references.
