Boston Public Library (Rare Books Department) copy bound in ca. 17th-/18th-century red goatskin paneled in triple-ruled gilt. Armorial super-ex-libris of Henri-Auguste de Lomenie, comte de Brienne, on both covers. Spine paneled and tooled in gilt with black leather label. All text block edges marbled and gilt. Armorial bookplate of Victor Morin on recto of front free endpaper. Bookplate of the BPL Benton Fund, bookplate of Frederick Spiegelberg, auctioneer's description, and unidentified, effaced armorial bookplate on front pastedown. Leaf a1 (blank) wanting. Two early ownership inscriptions of the Augustinians at Angers (France) on a2 recto: Pro co[n]uentu andegaue[n]si ordinis fr[atru]m [...]" and "Fratribus Augustinianis Andegauensibus," with stenciled shelf mark ("M 20"). Two-line initials rubricated in alternating red and blue. Larger initials in interlocking red and blue. Manuscript guide letters. Capital strokes in yellow. Large initial on a2 recto illuminated. Early/contemporary marginalia, in various hands, throughout. Leaf dimensions: 295 x 197 mm. Purchased Nov. 1937.
