Boston Public Library (Rare Books Department) copy lacking front and back covers, along with majority of spine. Remants of spine indicate leather binding. Printed on antique laid papers featuring vertical chainlines and horizontal wire lines. Housed in protective archival envelope. Affixed to envelope is an ex libris (bookplate) of the Boston Public Library identifying copy as derived from the "Scholfield Fund". Head of half-title page includes numeration ("12") at head-/spine-edge of page in black ink.
