Boston Public Library (Rare Books Department) copy bound in modern vellum. The spine is ruled and stamped in gilt. Leaves [a1] and O12 are wanting. Present at the head of [a2] recto is the autograph of "Michaelis d'Asquier", here conjectured to be Michel D'Asquier (1598-1664). Also present at the head of [a2] is an early, struck-out inscription reading, "No 33". The initial on [a4] is illuminated, with a border of flourishes in blue ink. Twelve- and thirteen-line initials are rubricated throughout in blue ink with red flourishes or red ink with purple flourishes. Two-line initials are alternatingly rubricated in red or blue ink. Leaves are numbered in pencil and in early ink in the upper right margin. Early marginalia is present on several leaves. Acquired by the BPL in 1953.
