Work Description
It's the US ARMY COOKBOOK. Dont laugh. Gourmet it is NOT. But, functional and portioned it IS!. SOS is only a small part. Great for baking for large amounts of people, recipes are not bad. Of course, it is easy to screw up if you dont have a feel for food preps.
But, if you're serious, any commercial kitchen or comisary should have one..
