Boston Public Library (Rare Books Department) copy bound in green goatskin panelled in gilt. The spine is panelled and tooled in gilt. All text block edges are gilt. The arms of Thomas Kinnear are stencilled onto the second front flyleaf recto. The bookplate of J. Hamilton Leigh, along with a presentation inscription of the same to William J Smith Marriott, is present on the second front flyleaf recto. The final, blank leaf (2A4) is wanting. This item is the first of two bound into a single volume titled, "The Booke of Falconrie." This volume contains [1]: The booke of falconrie or hauuking -- [2]: The noble art of Venerie or hunting [ESTC no. S118822].
