Boston Public Library (Rare Books Department) copy bound in early sprinkled calfskin panelled in gilt with the spine likewise stamped. The armorial bookplate of the Barton Library is present on the front pastedown. The title page is trimmed and heavily repaired, with portions of the title in ink facsimile. The title is written along the fore-edge of leaf B4 in an early cursive hand.
