Das ist ein Buch, wo die Entwicklungen über Kosovo in seit 2007 gab. Es war die Zeit, seidem die Verhandlungen über Status von Kosovo gehandelt wurden. Bevor hatte Marti Ahtisaari einen Plan vorgeschrieben. Aber Russland und Serbien waren gegen diesem Plan. Dann hatte die Internationale Gemeinschaft, nämlich BE, USA und Russland drei Vertreter genannt, weiter Verhandlungen zu führen. Es gab keine Vereinbarung. Deshalb das Kosovo wurde als unabhängiger Staat gerufen. Der Ahtisaari Plan wurde als Grundgesetz dieser Staat dienen.
