Erik Mombeeck has spent close to 25 years gathering information for this new series. He has traveled throughout Germany, Austria and USA interviewing hundreds of Luftwaffe veterans including mechanics, pilots and officers. During these interviews, Mombeeck copied photos from the veteran's private albums. Coupling these images with their personal stories, Erik Mombeeck has prepared a valuable resource for both modelers and aviation enthusiats. It is intended for each issue, this being the first, to present camouflage and markings along with as much detail as available for each aircraft many of which will be profiled by aviation artist Thierry Dekker.

Volume One has 56 pages with appx. 100 photographs, many previously unpublished in both color and black and white. English text.
