Rudy De Cadaval was born in Verona, Italy, January 1, 1933. А poet, essayist and writer. He has published 19 books of poetry and many essays. He published his first collection in 1959. Rudy De Cadaval won many Poetry prizes, including Theatre Awards and over 40 Honorary Awards from Italy, United States, France, Germany, Russia Switzerland and other countries. As a poet, Rudy De Cadaval‘s works are well known by the Nobel Prize winners Andre Maurois, Eugenio Montale, and Salvatore Quasimodo. He also took part with reading of poems in the “10th International Biennial of Poetry” and some international poetry meetings. In 2000, He has won the Poet of Millennium Award from International Poets Academy, India, and “Gold medal” for Poetry from A.B.I. North Caroline, USA in 2006.
