User's manual for single-source (CRSTER) model

CRSTER is an antiquated mathematical model that was used to simulate the transport and dispersion of non-reative air pollutants from a limited number of emission sources. The CRSTER air dispersion model was replaced with the Industrial Source Code (ISC) air dispersion model in the late 1970's and then by the AERMOD air disperion modelin in the late 1990's
