Facsimile of a manuscript in the Biblioteca Capitular y Colombina de Sevilla. Begun in 1502 and largely by Christopher Columbus, the ms. chiefly contains Bible quotations in Latin. Included are Spanish letters by Columbus, Latin quotations from St. Augustine, and other items.

The publication date is penned in the colophon in connection with the pressrun statement.
A translation of the ms. by Francisco Alvarez Seisdedos, with essays, was published in 1984 by Testimonio as no. 2 in the series Tabula Americae, under title: Cristóbal Colón, Libro de las profecías.
