Letter addressed to the Speaker of the House, and report signed by the Secretary and dated Treasury Department, February 12th, 1816.

Includes a proposed new tariff schedule and a table showing the average annual net product of the duties on named items during two periods of four years each, from 1804 to 1807 and from 1808 to 1811.
