Edition Notes

A plea from Hazard Stevens (signed in type), then President of the Olympia Railroad Union, dated July 14, 1874. The broadside also includes a copy from the text of the Congressional bill authorizing the issuance of bonds to provide for the expense of constructing the railroad and two paragraphs from the contract between Thurston County and the railroad.
