The book provides tables for computing (for a trial position) the angular height and the azimuth of a celestial body. Inputs are whole degrees of latitude, whole degrees of Local Hour Angle (t), and declination. Worked out solutions are shown. Latitudes to 65º. The third and sixth (1931 and 1942) editions are for all latitudes, but only the third edition says so in the title.
