Issued in two parts, each with an engraved titlepage.

At foot of the titlepage to the first part: "the last part, .. will contain thirty two plates more with title page &c that will peremptorily be delivered in July 1742".

The second part was preceded by four leaves of letterpress including a 'Dissertation' dated August 16th, 1742.
