Title: Woman, and Her Relations to Humanity
Subtitle: Gleams of Celestial light on the Genesis and development of the body, soul and spirit, and consequent moralization of the human family.
Offered especially to woman for study and contemplation, not to the phenomena hunter but to the spiritual student and deep thinker : the true religion: magnetism, materialization, reincarnation.

Dedicated to Annie C. Cawein as a tribute of gratitude for voicing the teachings and loving words of the "Three Brothers from the Morning Land," and of other arisen friends of the reporter.

First Sentence

"By Ben Haman, the Spirit Dictator January, 1880 This little work is not for the beginner, nor for the phenomenist; it is for the Spiritual student. He who is advanced in the philosophy will be largely benefited by it. So will the deep thinker. Those who are educated on a material plane, who are gifted with the perceptiveness to comprehend, — they too will be largely benefited by its perusal. To women especially do we offer this work for study and contemplation. She upon whom so much depends, to woman who takes the largest part in reproduction, to whom such great responsibilities are entrusted. She little realizes in youth, or even at a matured age, the great responsibilities which rest upon her and which she is called upon as a creator to fulfil with more perfection. Man depends upon woman entirely for development. If the organs of reproduction are not regularly formed the offspring cannot develop in Spiritual unfoldment. Woman rocks the cradle, she must learn to comprehend that she also rocks the world."
