"The book was printed in an edition of 350 copies. 50 books were case bound in a signed deluxe edition of printed paper over boards, and issued with a tipped-in "cut-up" of the poet's Raven-phomes; a calligraphic interpretation of the raven language brushed onto a large sheet of Japanese Okawara paper, then cut into sections.
