Andrew Cooper was, before retirement in 2008, Principal Lecturer in Primary Physical Education at Leeds Trinity University College and Head of Primary Education. He has taught in secondary and primary schools, and developed school-based in-service training and in-service courses for Curriculum Leaders in Physical Education for the primary age phase.
