Luis Martín-Santos Ribera (Larache, protectorado español de Marruecos, 11 de noviembre de 1924-Vitoria, 21 de enero de 1964) fue un escritor y psiquiatra español, autor de Tiempo de silencio, considerada una de las mejores novelas españolas del siglo XX.
