David Cornut

David Cornut (Switzerland), member of the Little Big Horn Associates, is the author of "Little Big Horn, autopsy of a legendary battle" (France, Anovi, 2006/2008, 400 pages, 13 maps), the first study of the Battle of the Little Big Horn in French. He has written several articles in newspapers (in Switzerland, France, and the LBHA magazines in the USA) and has spoken about the battle in a live radio show in Paris (five million listeners) and given a lecture at the American Art exhibition in Marseille (featuring Frederic Remington's and George Catlin's masterpieces).

His book has been asked by a Senator of the US Congress in October 2009 (src. the Librarian of the US Library of Congress, 25 October 2009) and is a permanent exhibit in the Custer Collection of the Monroe History Museum, Michigan, USA.

His 400-page study in French on Custer's Last Stand has also been added to the collections of Cornell University (USA), University of Le Havre (France), Quebec Library and Archives (Canada), New York Public Library (USA), Paris VII University (France), University of Geneva (Switzerland), University of Clermont-Ferrand (France), Library of the Prince's Palace of Monaco, University of Valenciennes (France), Lyon Public Library (France), Harvard University (USA), British Library (UK), University of Cergy-Pontoise (France), Munich State Library (Germany), University of Neuchatel (Switzerland), Hamburg University (Germany), Pompidou Center (France), University of Lausanne (Switzerland), France National Library, Swiss National Library and the Library of Congress (USA).
