Edward Allen Toppel

Edward Allen Toppel was an independent floor trader in the S&P 500 futures pit in the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. He had nearly 20 years of ßoor experience and was a member of the Chicago Board Options Exchange and the Chicago Board of Trade. Prior to being a trader, he worked at Bear, Stearns & Company.

Edward Allen Toppel died Feb. 5, 2006 at 64. He is survived by his wife, Rabbi Judith Halevy; son, Neil (Cari); daughter, Jessica (Bill) Cleary; three grandchildren; mother, Lilian; sister, Gail (Mark) Sherman; and brother, Lewis (Margaret). Mount Sinai
