Tom Brinkmann

TOM BRINKMANN, born 1955 in Manchester, New Hampshire, USA, an avid collector of underground and counterculture comix, newspapers and magazines who has been binging and purging on pulp since an early age. Worked as a printer while being peripherally involved in self publishing (Pure Sex, Tattooed Paper, Science Friction, etc.) and alternative comix with Clay Geerdes' Comix World and others from 1979-'85. Has had work published in Hair To Stay, Assertive Women, Leg Tease and Headpress since. Wrote the two volume book BAD MAGS published by Headpress. Is currently living in North Carolina and continues to explore different realms of pulp.
