P.S.: Sadyrbek Djighitekov, Ph.D is a well known scientist in the field of
Water and Waste Water Treatment. He developed Alternative Sedimentation
Theory for Settling Tanks Design. That theory published in the book:
" TEXНОЛОГИЧЕСКИЕ ОСНОВЫ РАСЧЁТА ОТСТОЙНИКОВ" (SETTLING
TANKS TECHNOLOGICAL CALCULATION PRINCIPLES). The book is written
in Russian and was published in 1991.
Except, Dr. S. Djighitekov is a well known political writer too. He was contributed
in Kyrgyzstan opposition weekly "ResPublica" (1992 - 2001) ; the USA political
magazine Jamestown Foundation.Prism(1997 - 2002); Radio Free Europe/Radio
Liberty in Kyrgyzstan - "Azattyk" (1998 - 2000) as a freelance journalist.
